Privacy policy
Who we are
This website is run by KPM FIRE & SAFETY LTD, registered in England, United Kingdom, with its registered address at 48 Princess Road Ashton-In-Makerfield WIGAN, England, WN4 9DA United Kingdom. We are the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: rally2hidrant@gmail.com.
What we collect
The enquiry form on this site does not send data to us or store it. It prepares an email in your own mail app. We receive personal data only when you email us, which usually includes:
- your name and email address;
- the property type, location and the systems you ask about;
- anything else you choose to include in your message.
If you become a customer, we also keep service records for the systems we install and maintain at your property.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange a survey or service visit, as steps taken at your request before a contract.
- To carry out installation and maintenance work under a contract with you.
- To keep business and service records we are required to keep by law.
We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
We share personal data only with providers that help us run the business, such as our email provider, and where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted when they are no longer needed. Customer and service records are kept for as long as we look after the systems and for any period the law requires afterwards.
Third-party content on this site
This site does not set cookies or use analytics. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google servers, which receive your IP address.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, object to or restrict its use, and ask for a copy in a portable format. Email us to make a request. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
